Deadlines for Christmas

Denmark (DAO & GLS delivery) : December 19th.
EU (GLS delivery): December 14th.

 

We offer extended returns until January 7th, 2023.

Shipping

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

 

We ship orders 2-3 times a week and standard shipping takes from 3-10 business days, depending on your location. 

 

Unfortunately, we only ship to countries within the European Union at the moment. If you wish to shop from a country that is not listed, please contact us at info@plainweavers.dk

Shipping EU:

We use GLS or Postnord depending on your location. 

Standard delivery time: 4-10 business days

Returns 

You have the right to regret your purchase on www.plainweavers.dk within 14 days.

Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to the return must be paid by you.

Please note that you cannot regret your purchase by denying receipt of the product.

 

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you initially received your purchase. You must notify us via email info@plainweavers.dk within 14 days of receipt, if you wish to withdraw your purchase.

 

After you have contacted us, you have 30 days to return the product to the return address:

When returning an item, you must pay the total cost of returning the item.

The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to the return address. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, therefore we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number.

 

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, the amount for all products will be credited to your credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
