Please take your time to read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
These terms apply to all use of www.plainweavers.dk and are addressed to private customers only. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact us at info@plainweavers.dk
Danish law shall apply to any purchase made in the online store. However, absolute national legislation may apply upon delivery outside of Denmark.
How to shop
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive a separate email with your invoice and shipping information. You will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Payment
All prices are shown in Danish Kroner DKK. The prices on the website are inclusive added tax (VAT) within the EU. Shipping cost will be added at checkout.
We accept payments from all major credit card companies, including MasterCard and Visa.
The amount will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
Deadlines for Christmas
Denmark (DAO & GLS delivery) : December 17th.
EU (GLS delivery): December 13th.
We offer extended returns until January 7th, 2025.

Shipping
We ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We ship orders 2-3 times a week and standard shipping takes from 2-10 business days, depending on your location.
Unfortunately, we only ship to countries within the European Union at the moment. If you wish to shop from a country that is not listed, please contact us at info@plainweavers.dk

We use GLS or Postnord depending on your location.

Returns
You have the right to regret your purchase on www.plainweavers.dk within 14 days. Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to the return must be paid by you. Please note that you cannot regret your purchase by denying receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you initially received your purchase. You must notify us via email info@plainweavers.dk within 14 days of receipt, if you wish to withdraw your purchase.
After you have contacted us, you have 30 days to return the product to the return address:

When returning an item, you must pay the total cost of returning the item. The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to the return address. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, therefore we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, the amount for all products will be credited to your credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Claims
Please contact us at info@plainweavers.dk if your purchased item has a defect or is an incorrect item.
You can make your claim within 24 months from time of delivery. You must, however, always make your claim within "reasonable time" upon discovering the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

We ask you, as detailed as possible, to describe the problem. If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund your purchase and reasonable freight costs. Remember that the items must be sent in secure packaging and to get a receipt of mailing.
If we cannot agree on the handling of the claim, you may file a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

All our textiles are unique. Images of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual products you receive may differ from the image displayed on our website.

Plain Weavers cannot be held responsible for misuse or for products that are not washed or taken care of according to our instructions. Please read our wash and care instructions carefully before use.

We do our best, but we cannot guarantee that all the items are in stock at the time of your order. In case the item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you on e-mail.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries in case of force majeure, that being bigger incidents like natural disasters, war etc.
We may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. We cannot warrant that the content of www.plainweavers.dk is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors.
